Is anyone could tell me where to find the shopping cart sample (using php and mysql)?

or do you have shopping cart for me to refer?

Oscommerce is a free PHP Cart. [www.oscommerce.com]
Of course you get what you pay for. Two good shopping carts are:
[www.cartweaver.com]
[www.interaktonline.com] look for their MX Shop and MX Cart products
