I am also facing same issue below are the details.

created web page through WordPress & trying to access it on LAN connected computers but getting message

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /mysite on this server.

Apache/2.4.37 (Win64) PHP/7.2.14 Server at 10.18.18.122 Port 80"


wamp server 3.1.7
Window 7
Apache 2.4.37
MySQL 5.7.24
PHP 7.2.14

URL //[ip] address or <Computer Hostname>/mysite
LAN connected computer user should access & fill the form.

Please guide me how to do setting

First WP test sites shoudl always be installed in a Virtual Host see THE NEED for VIRTUAL HOSTS

So show us your httpd-vhosts.conf file please
