WampServer

I have a case where webhotel service provider updated PHP and my site partially stopped working.
I see all the articles, but after very long list of notifications and warnings.
Login to Joomla doesn't work any more.

Now I'm trying to set up a server with WAMP that matches Joomla 1.5.26 specs, i.e. old enough versions of PHP, MYSQL and phpmyadmin.

I installed WAMP server 3.0.4 32bit (in W10 Pro 64bit) in order to be able to install PHP 5.3.26.
This doesn't seem to be enough since I get all the same warnings and notifications than with the live version of the site.
My (noob) guess is that MYSQL has too new version.

Can I install these older versions to WAMP 3?

It is unlikely to be a MYSQL issue.

Please show some examples of the error log entries.

I assume you also installed an old Apache like the Apache2.2.31 or 2.2.22 available From here

PHP 5.3.29 can run with Apache 2.4.x

PHP 5.3.5, 5.3.8, 5.3.10 and 5.3.29 on [Wampserver.aviatechno.net] are compatible with Wampserver 3
