Wamp for windows 10 iot

I want to install php, mysql, apache and phpmyadmin on raspberry pi 3 with windows 10 iot.

But I can not find a version of WampServer for windows iot. and any documentation from Microsoft or raspberry.org

if you have ideas. thank you
