WampServer

Hi, I've watched a number of tutorials on setting up WP and Wamp and I dont get the same results as them.. when they first launch phpmyadmin, they get a login screen and simply need to leave the fields blank to login. Once inside, they dont have the red bar warning that a password is missing for root.

How come I always have the dam red bar warning that I need to set a password for root when the tutorials I watched did not have any?
