WampServer

Few days back, I installed WAMPSERVER 2.5 in office's notebook. But I have WAMPSRVER 2.2e in my home notebook. I have been developing sites using Wordpress, Codeigniter. Recently, my office prohibited to work on my own notebook in office.
I have developed a theme at my home and tried to use it on new notebook in office with latest wampserver 2.5.

I configured virtual hosts and other stuffs as in [forum.wampserver.com]

but i am having problems with hyperlinks.
[project1] is not working and giving me error

Not Found

The requested URL /contact-us was not found on this server. but i have page-contact-us.php file in my theme.

I can view that page successfully when using default permalink setting and accessing like
[project1]

When permalink setting is made with Post name such as [project1]

Surprising thing is that the same thing works in old wampserver in my personal notebook.

Can anyone tell me possible solution for this?
