Hello Adreea,
The httpd.conf file should be found in 'C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.4.9\conf\httpd.conf' assuming you installed onto the C: drive, otherwise replace C: with the drive you installed WAMPServer onto.
If you do not have it there then there is a serious problem.
As Chris said the easy way to edit it is to use the wampmanager menus.
If that still does not work I think something must have gone wrong with the install.
