WampServer

I downloaded the the WAMPSERVER Software but after clicking on Phpmyadmin to create new user/database i could only have the option of signing in displayed meanwhile i want to create a new user what should i do

Hi,

MYSQL comes out of the box ALWAYS with one user account setup. This is the SUPERuser account.

It is called `root` (no quotes) and the password is blank.

So enter
Username : root
Password : leave this blank and press the GO button

Sir,
I have wamp server 2.4.. When I go to phpmyadmin it only shows php log in details
. It doesn't show any database connection or any other dialogue..
Now what to do for establishing a database connection..

Please help

Use the standard out of the box login for the default SuperUser account

Username = root
Password = (leave this blank)

Then create new accounts and databases

Why did you take this version?
Not only is this an old version but in addition it is a very bad version that requires many changes to work properly.

It would be better to use the latest version 3.0.4. See: WAMPserver 3 - All you need to know
