WampServer

I get this error by installing WampServer 2.5 on windows 8.1

The configuration file contains a syntax error on line 329:
[EParseError] Parameter "Service" specifies an unknown service

I first installed the 32-bit version and then the 64-bit, but the error is the same.

Microsoft C + + 2012 is installed in my system regularly

You need more than just the 2012 redist library. It is just assumed ( probably incorrectly ) that you already have the other libraries installed.

I had already read this page, I solved it in another way easier

I installed on another hdd and it works fine

Yea, when you uninstall you also have to delete the \wamp folder manually.
The uninstall is well behaved and will not delete files that it did not install or that have chnaged since installing.
