WampServer

I am trying to look at my website that is in the www file. When I go to click the link in locahost to view it, in the browser it jut says the file name. Insted of saying Localhost:/websiteFolderName it just says foldername and trys to look that up as a website and says there is no website (obviously why). Is there a setting or something I need to turn on so it views it as a local file and not live??
