wamp 2.5 64bit how to enable designer tab

I've been trying to enable it for a while now but without any luck in the matter what so ever
I've read countless articles on how to do so but without any result
I've just found out about the forum in wamp server and I thought maybe someone here can answer my question and actually make it works this time
I'm using wamp 2.5 64bit working perfectly
but i want to enable the designer tab
so how can i do so???
