I have checked and Create/Use option is unchecked in Export options

You need to create a user account in MYSQL called sawdust or change your restore to use a the root account

I have setup sawdust as a user and given all rights. I still get the same error when trying to import.

How are you running this restore?

Are you using phpMyAdmin?

Are you using the MySQL Console?

Are you using some other tools?

I'm using phpMyAdmin.

Upgrade to WAMPServer 3.0.4 ad then install the ADDON for phpMyAdmin 4.6.0
