WampServer

Hi,

During installation I set the default browser to IE, if I want to change this to Mozilla, where in WAMP5 files do I change this?

If you mean launching sites from WAMP system tray menu.. then do the next

1-open the C:\WAMP folder or where ever you installed wamp
2-open wampserver.ini using any simple text editor like Notepad
3-use search featur to search for [Menu.Left] ( with brackets )
4- in that section you will find some links to your IE path.. normally it will be C:\Program files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.exe
5-you can either manually change the path for your want-to-use browser ofr example if you want it to be Maxthon replace all paths in that section with Maxthon's path.. If you want it to be FireFox replace all paths in that section with FireFox's path...

You may use Replace feature in Notepad to make it easier but those links aren't that much...

In newest wampserver version it's in
C:\wamp\wampmanager.conf
parameter 'navigator' under [main]

to basically edit wamp menu, follow this
[blog.jlbn.net]

Just serach .exe 2-3 times you will find I did it for chrome

I have changed all firefox.exe path with the google chrom path but it's still opening Firefox!

the path of google chrom:

C:\Users\john7911\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe
