WampServer

Can anyone help please I have installed wamp server but there is no option on the phpmyadmin to change password also no option to click on privileges please help

If you login correctly using

Username = root
Password = (leave this blank )

[Standard to all new MySQL installs as per documentation]


Then you will actually login using a real accout and everything will work properly.

I really dont know what i am doing and now local =host wont work but 127.0.0.1 will but i want localhost to work, if you need to take control of my pc then i have teamviewer installed really want this working thanks

This should be fairly straight forward to fix but its easier in TV than trying to explain so


Send me a Private Message containing the TV ID and PASSWORD so I can connect.
Leave TV running as it will change the password each time you restart it.
