HTTP non encrypted page, forwarding traffic to https server and then reach destination

This is my question. I have little experience with networking but I need to solve a connection problem.
I have WAMP Server installed with HTTPS connection
the problem is that I don't want to have a site like this HTTPS:// [www.mysite.com]
I need a [www.mysite.com] and traffic to be forwarded to a SSL encripted connection and then reach the OUTSIDE destination.
AGAIN:
Users connect to my site [www.mysite.com]
Here I have external links to other sites
I need the destination site to see that request come from HTTPS server but my site need to be HTTP.
I need something like tunneling with reverse proxy. Is this even posible with a single server?
