External IP:8080 not going to /owncloud

Hello. I am having a little trouble with redirecting. Right now If I type in "[(external] ip here):8080" it takes me to WAMP server configuration page. If I type "[(external] ip here):8080/owncloud" it takes me to owncloud login (where I want to go). How do I make it so I don't need to type in the /owncloud? Thanks

Either move the code from wamp\www\owncloud back to wamp\www or setup a virtual host.
If you go for option 1 the you will loose the wamp homepage.
