WampServer

I am trying to resolve issue after migrating my projects from window7 to windows8. The issue is when i open any of my projects from localhost that are saved under c:/wamp/www the index page works fine but URL of this project or other projects redirect to localhost main page.
Does anyone know solution for this?
URL path is correct but page redirect to local host page.

Are you using Virtual Hosts?

I am a beginner user so i am not sure how to check if i am using virtual server.
All my projects are saved under c:/wamp/www/project A or c:/wamp/www/project B.
To run the project, i just enter localhost/project A or localhost/project B
I had one issue when i was trying to access mysql database from localhost/phpmyadmin , it prompted the error Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.

then to correct this error i have changed httpd.conf file and changed Listen 80 to Listen 0.0.0.0:80. It works and allowed me to access phpmyadmin databases. But unable to correct above error.
Please advice how to resolve above issue.
