XenForo Wamp Dev keeps hanging

I don't think this is a an issue with XenForo but I am trying to do some development on my local machine.
I am running a virtual box with both IIS and WampInstalled.
Every 30 seconds or so everything hangs. Most of the time restarting the Apache services solves the problem. I couldn't find any answers when I did a web search of where to begin.
Unfortunately, I'm a total noob when it comes to Apache and MySql.
Any ideas where to even start solving this issue??

so I found the solution.
I'm not here to troll, i'm a total noob at lamp or wamp or any of this tech.
I just want to develop my forum locally.
Install XAMPP...super fast.
