Moving a Wordpress site involves some changes to its database.
Wordpress Documentation = [
codex.wordpress.org]
This can be quite easy if its a simple site, but if you have lots of addons etc it gets quite complex.
Its not the fault of WAMP or Apache, its just the way WP saves various site info in its database.
