Very Slow loading Wordpress on Local Host or would not load at all

Version of Operating system: Windows 8.1 running under 3.40GHz CPU with 4.00 GB of RAM
Version of Wamp Server installed: Version 2.4, 64 bit
Version of Apache you are running: Version 2.4.4
Version of MySQL you are running: Version 5.6.12
Version of PHP you are running: Version 5.4.12

My WampManager icon is GREEN

I run wordpress on my local host. (created database via PhpMyadmin)


It takes a long time to load PhpMyadmin. It takes a long time to load wordpress and from the dashboard, slow navigating into sections of wordpress. Sometimes, it does not load. Can someone help to make it faster.

Have a read through this document first, and apply the corrections ( one by one, testing after each change ) [forum.wampserver.com]

see if that helps your speed issues.
