regarding configure of wamp server and mysql (separatly) in one system

i want to configure wamp and mysql in same system.. is it possible to configure like that by simply changing port numbers otherswise need to modify anything?

WAMPServer comes with MySQL.
When you install WAMPServer you get Apache + MySQL + PHP
