503 Service Unavailable

Hi there,
Here is what I did...
I installed wamp on a virtual server. Everything seemed fine, except for one thing, I'm getting a 503 Service Unavailable error. Despite the fact that I'm seeing the color green (meaning everything is running), I tested port 80 and I'm seeing that the Apache server and the PHP is running.
What else could be causing the error?
