WampServer

i am using opencart and need to enable cURL for it to work on local. i already uncommented the extension in php.ini and still didnt work, error is " PHP startup: unable to load dynamic library. c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.4.3/ext/php_curl.dll. The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
any ideas on how to get the curl working in wamp for opencart.

p.s.

i uncommented in php and apache folders in php.ini
