WampServer

I am running Windows 7 with WampServer Version 2.2, Apache 2.4.2, MySQL 5.5.24 and PHP 5.4.3. The color of the WampManager iconis green
When I shut down my computer this was running great. When I restarted and tried to run phpMyAdmin I got the following message.

MySQL said: Documentation
#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
The server is not responding (or the local server's socket is not correctly configured).
What can I do to get it going again and save my databases?

Did you restart WAMP? If you did, what colour is the wamp icon in the system tray.

I don't know what happened but after I accessed my data base through Dreamweaver I was able to go to to phpMyadmin through WAMP. Thanks a lot though for responding. I am just learning to design databases in Dreamweaver and it is good to know I can get help if needed.
