1.localhost works - wamp homepage
2.localhost/wordpress works - wordpress blog
3.using a remote pc and accessing my ip address ie. 121.xx.225.xx works - wamp hompage
4.using a remote pc and accessing 121.xx.225.xx/wordpress - not working

how can i(or others) acccess my wordpress blog?
how to configure wamp so that typing my ip address 121.xx.225.xx would show my wordpress blog instead of the Wamp homepage?

I am behind a router and configured properly, local address 192.168.1.2, dyndns works fine with the same problem as no4.

hope someone could help me.

i reinstalled and followed all your steps and checked it twice but i still cannot access wordpress installation. i changed wordpress to domain and also made sub1,2 and 3 folders.

on my pc typing domain, sub1-3 in the adress bar shows wmap homepage. the same thing in network.

but in the internet I get index of /sub2 for 121.234.232.34/sub2. the same for sub 3. for 121.234.232.34/domain its not working.

i put a wordpress installation in sub1 and cannot access it to. so it does not work where there is a wordpress folder/installation. i can access wordpress locally with localhost/domain and localhost/sub1

I really learned a lot from your guide. i hope you could help me solve my prob.

Wordpress uses mod-rewrite so you have to input the ip when installing it instead localhost

From wordpress dashboard enter Settings -> General Settings then change wordpress address and site address to [121.xx.225.xx]
