Using the wampmanager icon menus ( that the icon that sits in the system tray )
left click wampmanager -> PHP -> php.ini
This will open the correct php.ini file in notepad.
Find the parameter 'upload_max_filesize' and change it form the default of 2M ( 2 meg ) to a larger number, try 40M
Save the file. Using the wampmanager menus system again restart Apache
left click wampmanager -> Apache -> Service -> Restart Service
This will restart Apache and activate your changes to the php.ini file.
