WampServer

I'm using wamp 2.2 with php 5.4.3. I tried to enter localhost in firefox. But it keeps loading and loading. The wamp icon is green.
Note: It was working few days ago.

Have you looked at the 'Apache error log' and the 'php error log'.

Yes, i found the following error in apache error log.

(OS 10038)An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. :winnt_accept: getsocketname error on listening socket, is IPv6 available?

I tried to change port to 8080,8383...etc but it is also not loading like port 80.

And php error log is empty.

Open a command prompt as Administrator

Run
>netsh winsock reset

Reboot if necessary

Try apache again

The following command was not found: winsock reset.

Windows 7 ultimate 32bit

Finally solved the problem.
If you ever get the following error while executing

netsh winsock reset

The following helper DLL cannot be loaded: WSHELPER.DLL
The following command was not found: winsock reset

It means that your pc is badly attacked by trojans. Scan full system with an antivirus to confirm.
Removing virus is the only way to solve this issue.
