In the localhost server the respond time is too slow so there is any way to speed up the wamp localhost server please help!! Give me a solution for the Question!!!there is any patch for this!!!

Where is it slow? Is it database access?
If so try changing your database connection string/parameters to use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.
