WampServer

When mySQL tries to start, I get this in the error log:

2016-02-02 14:01:08 13768 [Note] IPv6 is available.
2016-02-02 14:01:08 13768 [Note] - '::' resolves to '::';
2016-02-02 14:01:08 13768 [Note] Server socket created on IP: '::'.
2016-02-02 14:01:08 13768 [ERROR] Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: No such file or directory

Where can I change the IPv6 address, or disable it?

It's not a problem reltive to IPv6. The port 3306 is used by another program.

Yes, I did read that, and checked to be sure that no other process is using port 3306. My concern is whether "::" is a valid IPv6 address, and if not, how do I change that?

PLEASE READ AND ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS

Even if the Wampmanager tray icon is not green, Right-click on it, Tools, Check port 3306
