I have looked at everything I could to try and upload a db to phpmyadmin the file size is 171,000 kb but the max is set to 128MiB and will not change no matter what I edit

Have the latest 64 bit of WAMP

What am I missing...?

Wow thanks...didnt know that was there....

Now though Im having a script time out issue.... so the edits I made to the same file for execution time and input time..didnt seem to make a difference..? Any ideas...?

Actually bumped those two params way up and it worked....thanks for you help....small but significant...!!
