Domain Name Servers!

I just installed wamp and got it up and running.
I can enter the server ip address online and get a site.
I have a question though.

How do I add my domain name to the server?

I setup godaddy nameserver to my servers ip addresses.
NS1.test.com
-11.11.11.11
NS2.test.com
-11.11.11.11

When I connect to my domain nothing happen?

How do I configure the domain on my server so it works online?

You currently cannot unless you use a subdomain by noip
