First time installed, http://localhost returns 503

Hello I'm in Win7UIt 64bit, I've installed the lasted WAMP for the first time.
I'm trying to get php up and running, but I'm receiving error 503. My eventvwr logs these repeating errors:
USER: IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool , is causing Windows cannot copy file \\?\C:\Users\Default\ to location \\?\C:\Users\DefaultAppPool\. This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights.
DETAIL - Access is denied.
How do I get around this / solve this?

Try a microsoft site that looks like an IIS issue but not related to Apache other than Apache wont run if IIS is running.
