WampServer

Advance thank you.

I got my server 2012 r2 standard running wamp 3.0.0.0.

i have added all the c++ distribution right from 2005 to 2015

iis is not installed

conf is setup with my ip and port 80.

The problem is the server wont go online will not go green at all.

what can it be please driving me mad?

please help been on it 12 hours already........

First which service is not starting, Apache or MySQL or both?


Then what changes have you made to the httpd.conf file and httpd-vhost.conf

Hi,

With Wampserver 3.0.0 there are some including tools :
- Right-Click Wampmanager Icon -> Tools
-- Check httpd.conf syntax
-- Check state of services
-- Test port 80
-- Test port 3306
etc.

I had the same problem. Could only resolve it by changing WAMPSERVER's port to something other than 80 (i.e. 8080).

Usual issue is IIS running + lots of other periferal IIS stuff.

If you are not using IIS UNINSTALL IT and

1. IIS
2. Web Deploy 2.0 (Web Deployment Agent Service)
3. MS Sql Server Reporting service.
4. BranchCache ( Windows 8.1 )
5. SQL Server VSS Writer

this seems to be the problam anyone?

api-ms-win-crt-runtime- l1-1-0.dll is missing





Can a user on here kindly log in with team viewer and set this WAMP to work for me please.....
i have tried all the above with no joy getting very depressed know....

above error gone as i deleted all the c++ and installed C++ version as advised on here.

still no green light .

i used the tool to test the system and there no faults but .


mysql working but not apache and php.

please help.

uninstall wamp then add the following file as pointed out on the page in above url and re install wamp that it.
