Help with "Not Found" Error

I have 2 PCs, one 32 bit, the other 64. I have WAMP 2.4 running on the 64 bit and 2.2 running on the 32 bit.
Each machine has an alias pointing to a dev folder on Dropbox. Inside the dev folder are 2 different projects, each within their own folder.

The 32 bit PC has a "green" WAMP tray icon and can access both of the dev project folders.

The 64 bit PC has a "green" WAMP tray icon and can access only one of the dev project folders. When I attempt to connect to the 2nd folder, I get "Not Found. The requested URL was not found on this server." WAMP 2.4 works perfectly for the other folder.

The URL obviously exists since the first PC with WAMP 2.2 works perfectly with both project folders index files.

Any ideas on how best to troubleshoot? Thanks!
