Help - The HTTP verb POST used to access path '/' is not allowed.

So I got this error "The HTTP verb POST used to access path '/' is not allowed." It did have my path in their just to let you know (I removed it on here for privacy of my contents), besides from that I can't get to work. If someone could help me out that would be great.

Are you using IIS?
