sir please tell me that how to increase the size of "upload_max_filesize" viz 2M, I want to make it 4M or greater

Using the menus of wampmanager, thats the icon that sits in the system tray.

wampmanager -> PHP -> php.ini

will launch notepad and allow you to edit the php.ini file

Search for upload_max_filesize

Change the parameter to whatever you need it to be

Then save the file and restart the Apache service.
