Error 403 on Wamp 2.2E

I have been getting Error 403 on my Wamp Server and I can't access any File. I need a Answer that is Easy and Easy to read to a Newbie to Wamp Server's. PWZZ Help smiling smiley

You need to give more info than that.

Are you accessing it on a local machine?

How are you trying to access it (What url or address)

I am trying to access it directly through my IP from my moms.

You woudl need to 'Put Online' wamp, so access from other PC's is allowed.
