phpmyadmin page is blank

The WAMP server seams to have installed and the icon is green (Wampserver2.4-x64) but when I click on the phpmyadmin link it opens up on localhost my firefox browser but the page is blank. I used to be running IIS7 but i turned it off to run the WAMP. What have I done wrong?

figured it out. Had old version of PHP already running. Had to uninstall it then reinstall wamp.
