CSV import to database won't import

Hi, I'm a noob when it comes to php and mysql so I really need help understanding what's wrong here.
I have created my database and a table in that database called catalogue_1, I exported a test .csv so I could add information in excel and re-upload it.
When I try to upload it just keeps importing and never finishes.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Can you describe what mechanism you are using to do the import please.
