Error - JIT Debugger

Hello!
We can't start WAMP (icon is red). When we start it or then put offline we get an error:
Visual Studio JIT Debugger (An unhandled win32 exception occured in php-win.exe [6716]).
Possible debuggers: New instance of VS 2005.
We also uninstalled VS, but the error remains.
MySQL has Start/Stop/Restart greyed out.
Can maybe anyone connect with Teamviewer?
