Can't open the directory from outside

Hi
I have installed wampserver 64bit on my Windows server 2008 64bit .
Everything is ok , I can open localhost in the server but I can't open it outside of the server using the server ip address (it keeps loading) . I can also open the directory using server ip address inside the server .
I've changed the config file to allow access to www directory from all but still I have the same problem .
Can anyone help me fix it ?

Check you firewall, its probably blocking incoming connections
