PHP 5.5 issues

I have PHP 5.5 installed in bin\php\php5.5 with the wamp conf file, and the phpForApache.ini.
It will not register changes I make to the ini though. It loads PHP5.5 just fine but only has the default extensions.
I want to enable sqlite.

I checked and that ini has the extensions I want uncommented but they don't load still.
phpMyAdmin says:
The mysqli extension is missing. Please check your PHP configuration. <a href="Documentation.html#faqmysql" target="documentation"><img src="themes/dot.gif" title="Documentation" alt="Documentation" class="icon ic_b_help" /></a>
I have uncommented the mysqli one and reloaded but still it doesn't load the extension.
