Php files are not opening in any browser even after successfull installation of wamp server

Sir,
I am using Wamp Server 2.1, Apache 2.2.17, PHP 5.3.5,MySql 5.5.8 on Windows XP 32 bit Os. I have installed Wamp Server successfully, the light turns green after launching. The Php files are created successfully but are not opening in any browser. Also libmysql.dll from PHP folder is missing.
Please help..

Are you using explorer and double clicking on a .php fil eto run them??
If so, dont. User the browser address bar and use the address of your site as localhost/directory_you_put_code_in

Thank you RiggsFolly for your help. I saved my files in my code directory and reopened in browser address bar as you suggested. The script is running successfully. Thank you for helping.
