PHP Files opening blank pages in browser

i am running wamp server. i added a new project in wamp server but the php file opens as a blank page in mozilla, but the php files in the other projects work fine.

The new project probably use short_tags.

edit the php.ini ( using wampmanager menus to get there)

change param short_open_tag = On
