Libpcre in WAMP/Apache?

Hi,
I'm looking to install modsecurity on Apache under the WAMP 64-bit, Apache 2.4 install.

One of the prerequisites for modsecurity is libpcre and I'm searching to find out whether libpcre is already built into this WAMP package.

For example, this pre-build Apache package is already bundled with libpcre:

"Build with apr-1.4.6 apr-util-1.4.1 apr-iconv-1.2.1 openssl-1.0.1e zlib-1.2.7 pcre-8.32 libxml2-2.9.0 lua-5.1.5 expat-2.1.0 " (http://www.apachelounge.com/download/win64/binaries/httpd-2.4.4-win64.zip)

Does anyone know if libpcre is built into the WAMP Apache bundle?

Do a phpinfo ( click on homepage )

If PCRE is reported then yes.
