Unable to 'open' wamp-server

I've installed the wamp-server on my compter, but i can't open it.

I always get the same message:

"Aestan Tray MEnu doesn't work"

Then I can only click the button 'close program'.

Who can help me, please?

On my WindowsXP installation I had to install Microsoft C++ 2008 & 2010 Redistributables to clear this issue.
