MYD files keep disappearing in Mysql. database

I have tried to update my Wamp install many times and keep having problems. When I install Wamp it seems to run fine for a day or two then I keep getting errors from Mysql likke can't fine file Host.MYD etc. I'll shut down Wamp then try to start it again and I will get Apache errors then. Any help would be appreciated.

Just bumping this. I reinstallled wamp with a older version but every time I have to reboot my computer I seem to lose the host.MYD file and Mysql server will not start.
