WampServer

So I'm behind a netgear router/firewall and I have http connections to my IP address forwarded to a little computer in my dining room I'm using as a server, through port 8888. I changed the 'listening port' to 8888 (from 80) in the apache config file (ini), and now the icon in the taskbar only ever says that "1 of 2 services running". The mySQL never starts. When I tell it to start, i get a message box that basically says "part of this is already running". Does anybody know what, if anything, i need to have forwarded to where for the mySQL service to work properly?? Thanks in advance!
