I want to change the setting of Apache, PHP, MySQL by not using set program of wampserver.

I know that Wamp server can change the settings of Apache, PHP and MySQL by set program.
but I want to change the settings using ini file. The reason that i want to do like that is I'd like to automatically change the settings after installing wamp server. I'll use NSIS(install program) for that. After the installing, I want that the setting be changed automatically by not set program of wampserver.
How can i do that? Is there any solution for that?
