Not Found problem

when i accessing a page then get this error:

Not Found

The requested URL /test/xxxxx.xxxl was not found on this server.
----------------------------------

i use windows server.

you can check out this address:

click on any file the get this error.

i solve my problem. i add a one slash to virtual host directory.

working already. i did stop wamp. because my previous problem continuous.

my php upload system not working. i use vbulletin forum and i can not upload any file (attachment, avatar eg.) i get this error each time. (with IIS or Wamp server)
